RCA artist Jordin Sparks is confirmed to release her as-yet-untitled second album this summer. The 2007 American Idol winner will premiere her new song, 'Battlefield' on American Idol on May 14th on ITV2. 'Battlefield' is co-written and co-produced by OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder ( Leona Lewis, Beyonce, Kelly Clarkson), Sam Watters, Louis Biancaniello & Wayne Wilkins for The Runaways (Keri Hilson, Natasha Bedingfield). Jordin has sold over a million albums in the US, 'No Air' has also sold over a 350,000 units in the UK and her debut CD has been certified Gold.
